WHAT SUPPORT FOR MOBILITY TO WORK IS IN THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID?
The most notable aids for mobility to work in the Community of Madrid have to do with transport passes. It has an important public transportation network that includes access to buses, trains and metro.
The Community of Madrid mobility to work plans are among the best in the entire country and focus on transport passes that have a very affordable price, especially when compared to traveling by private car.
Subscription rates in Madrid range from 47.9 euros to 131.8 euros per month. It is interesting that only 10 of these months will be paid if you choose to buy the annual subscription. In addition, large families or families with a disabled memberhave a discount on these work mobility plans, these are:
- General large families a 20% discount.
- Special large families a 50% discount.
workers up to 25 years old can benefit from purchasing the Youth Subscription, which has an initial price of only 4 euros and then 8 euros per month until next June 30. They can travel throughout the community for this very low price. Furthermore, if you belong to a large family or have some type of disability you will also be able to enjoy the corresponding discounts.
WHAT ARE THE MOBILITY PLANS TO WORK IN NAVARRA?
As we said, we are also going to focus on the commuting plan that exists in the Community of Navarra. It is planned that during these first six months a 50% discount will be applied to the price of the public bus transport pass. It is estimated that this benefit can be applied to more than 100,000 trips. The aid will be assumed by both the State Government and the Regional Executive, 30 and 20% respectively.
The objective of this aid is to encourage the use of the bus as a means of public transport as it is more sustainable. Also alleviate the increase in fuel prices and ensure that families can bear these increases that continue to be constant.
In the absence of a Work Mobility Law that covers the entire territory, such as the one that has occurred in Renfe, those adopted by the different Autonomous Communities are always a help.
