Mobility to Work Plans are now an obligation in the Basque Country for companies with a workforce of more than 100 employees per shift.
The purpose of implementing a Mobility to Work Plan (PMCT) in companies is to promote a safer, more efficient and environmentally friendly way of travelling, in order to reduce the negative impact of commuting to the workplace.
