Ingartek has organised a new webinar on information sources in public transport and user satisfaction.

Ingartek, transport and mobility consultancy, has collaborated this time with Carlos Romero, Civil Engineer, professor and researcher on public transport at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, to talk about information sources in public transport and user satisfaction.

Attendees were able to learn more about the techniques for measuring user satisfaction and the different sources of information that exist, through theoretical and practical explanations on the case of the city of Madrid.
