SCALE

The SCALE project aims to upscale the deployment of mature Cooperative Intelligent Transport System (C-ITS) services and support the technical development and impact assessments for the large-scale deployment of new C-ITS use cases in 10 different representative European Pilot and Operations Sites. The project will put in place appropriate incentives to drive the transition towards a new generation of smart road transport and mobility services, thus contributing to ensuring European leadership in this area and addressing persistent issues that have so far hindered the industrialization of the C-ITS ecosystem in Europe.

With a strong consortium, including Ingartek, representative of transport and mobility stakeholders, the SCALE project expects to foster the adoption of C-ITS across all relevant stakeholder groups, producing a global set of practical use cases, technological tools, impact assessment results, and decision-making processes to maximize their industrialization.
